City Wears a Slouch Hat — Scott N Andrew

The City wears a Slouch hat was Scott's first media design collaboration while studying for his BFA at West Virginia University in 2004, and was presented in the Gladys G. Davis Theatre in the Creative Arts Center.

Slouch Hat tells the tale of a man called “The Voice” who wanders around an imaginary big city, encountering surreal circumstances and mysterious characters and was created by John Cage originally in 1942.
