Opposites Abstract

2023

This performance was presented at the New Hazlett Theater as part of the Opposites Abstract exhibition of work by Mo Willems hosted by Museum Lab and The Pittsburgh Children's Museum. The performance featured the Cookie Table, Kelsey Jumper and Treasure Treasure, who explored the curiosity of opposites and abstraction using Pablo Neruda’s Book of Questions, a book containing unanswerable, fantastical questions, as inspiration. Scott Andrew was the media designer working with original, AI, Google Earth, and collaged imagery from Mo Willem's Opposites Abstract book, with music by Colter Harper.
